TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSITS
There is a non-refundable $500.00 (US funds) deposit per puppy. This deposit is partial payment towards the purchase
price of your new puppy, and will reserve the puppy so that it cannot be purchased by someone else. If you change your mind
about the puppy after you have paid a deposit, you have then forfeited the deposit. The remaining balance is due in full within 48
hours of our notice to you that your puppy is ready. Puppies can only be shipped or picked up when they are paid for in full.
There are no refunds of any kind.
MISCELLANEOUS
Puppies are normally ready to ship or be picked up at 7 to 10 weeks old depending
on the puppy.
Puppies like to play and at times they can get rough. They can acquire scratches or cuts, bumps and bruises, along with other things that rambunctious puppies get. Buyers agree not to hold seller liable for any acts of the puppy.

WARRANTY
All
puppies are checked by a veterinarian prior to shipping to their new home. We send a health record along with information regarding
any treatment the puppy may have had. All puppies receive their first shots along with being dewormed. We guarantee your new
puppy to be free from significantly serious, life threatening or congenital diseases, heart murmurs and cancer for 6 months after
birth. If any such condition is found and proven by a licensed veterinarian in writing and substantiated by lab tests and/or x-rays
there will be a credit issued towards another puppy. The puppy in question will be returned to the seller within one week. The
seller will not be responsible for veterinarian bills, yearly shots, wormer, food, toys or boarding for your puppy. If the puppy
is to be replaced, the seller must agree on the new puppy. The puppy must be the same/comparable bloodline and price range. Puppies
must be returned to seller in sound condition other than the specified problem stated by the vet that is the reason for returning
the puppy. Seller must be notified of any health problems within 48 hours after diagnosis and contact the seller and seller's
veterinarian.
For the warranty of the puppy to begin, the buyer must have their new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian
within 48 hours after receiving the puppy. Failure to do so voids the health warranty. If the veterinarian finds that the puppy is
not in good general health as outlined in the warranty, the veterinarian must submit findings along with address, phone number, and
license number in writing to seller's veterinarian. The buyer must notify the seller no more than 72 hours after puppy purchase. If
seller's veterinarian agrees with the findings of the buyer's veterinarian, the seller will issue a credit equal to the selling price
of the puppy. The originally purchased puppy must be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense in a manner consistent with how
it was originally shipped. There are to be no cash refunds.
A returned puppy must be accompanied by AKC papers, health records,
and other documentation. The warranty is terminated if puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered or has any signs of abuse
of any kind. All vaccinations must be up to date along with heart worm prevention and worming information documented by licensed
veterinarian. If the puppy should expire due to a diagnosed pre-existing condition, the seller will replace the puppy with one
of similar cost, if all the previously mentioned conditions have been met. To receive a replacement puppy the buyer must additionally
arrange for and pay for an autopsy by a licensed veterinarian. Findings must be reported from buyer's veterinarian to seller's
veterinarian in writing along with any test and/or lab results. This is the responsibility of the buyer and the seller is not responsible
for any charges incurred.
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
Any physical problems associated with or as a result of an injury or stress; Breeding problems or
litter problems; Minor breed related treatable or correctable conditions; Shipping of puppy or costs of veterinarian at any
time; Reimbursement for any veterinary expenses/test/x-rays or medications, wormers or vaccinations of said puppy/dog; Reimbursement
for any transportation/return, including air fare or transport fees; Any injury or illness which could have occurred during transport
(you may purchase shipping insurance through the airline for approximately $45.00); Any condition which can be easily and permanently
cured or corrected; Any inheritable trait not affecting the puppy's health, such as color, ear set, height, size, or just the way
your puppy looks as he/she grows. No one can guarantee what your puppy will look like; These puppies are bred to be show
pet quality. No guarantee, written or implied, is made with regard to the puppy's conformation or show performance; Colors of
puppies as they grow are NOT guaranteed. White puppies, for instance, as they get older might get spots on their ears or
bodies; Guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed we consider normal, for example, Cherry eye, Entropion, loose hips
or knees, or skin allergies such as demodectic mange; We do not guarantee your puppy will get along with your family or other
pets;
Buyer(s) also agrees that the Seller is not liable for any acts of the puppy.
External parasites, such as fleas and
ticks, or their effects: Your puppy has been shampooed and has been given the best of care and cleanliness, but it could be
possible for him/her to have picked up a flea during transport.
Internal parasites, such as intestinal worms, or their effects:
Almost every puppy has some sort of intestinal worms. Although we have wormed your puppy regularly since birth, it only
takes a few days for him/her to pick up a new batch. That's just a part of puppyhood, this is why we recommend and have you agree
to keep all vaccinations and worming current through your veterinarian.
Anything that cannot be agreed upon and must go to court will be held in Rockwall County, Texas. The Buyer will be responsible for any and all legal services and means for collections. No Exceptions.
English Bulldogs of Royse Highlands reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
